In 2009 a generous legacy was received from the estate of Tom Welch, one of the original founders of the Yarner Trust, specifying that the money be used to provide bursaries. This enables the Trust to offer financial support to a wide range of potential students. Anyone can apply, and the process is kept as simple as possible.
