Comfortable bed-and-breakfast accommodation is available within the listed farmhouse on a self-catering basis at the following rates per night:

• £25 for a single room
• £50 for a double room
• £15 for a single bed in a shared room
  (Check out time 11am)
• Camping facilities are also available on site at £8 per person per night

Welcombe Barton

A 14th century 5 bedroom farmhouse sleeping 11, with a woodburner and slate flooring at very reasonable rates.

Included in your holiday hire is the use of the Bakehouse as a 'camping barn'  with mattresses provided, great for children, and the Sabin Barn for wet and windy days when you want indoor activities, or a large group to dine together. If you'd like to book a tutor to run some activities with your group, such as willow fish or felt making for example, or need a babysitter for the evening just let us know. Don't forget our 4 acre field with a celtic roundhouse and composting toilets, great for games, dressing up as celts and running off a bit of steam.

Sometimes we have courses running and the occasional phone to answer so please enquire if anything is on during your required dates, and we can offer discounts.

Location ~ Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and SSSI

Located just a mile away from the Heritage coast path with hidden valleys and waterfalls and a stunning beach, this is an inspiring location all year round, with so much to discover. Whether it be trying a cream tea in the cobbled fishing village of Clovelly or visiting RHS Rosemoor's Dartington Glass, there's plenty to keep everyone happy.
