Yarner TrustThe Yarner Trust is a charity in North devon, promoting sustainable and creative living through a programme of educational courses and events covering:

Community Activity Day Sun 12th Sept

Yarner warmly invites the local community to celebrate the history of farming in the area,  with a wonderful opportunity to see archive footage on the Movie Bus. It's a snip at £1 for adults and under 16's free, and there will be other activities to do on the day. Watch this spot for more details......

Calling All Tutors

We are now planning our course programme for 2011 and welcome any new ideas. If you're interested in running a course with us, please get in touch

Bursaries can provide financial help so that courses and school visits are        available to all.

 Summer Volunteer Dates

There are opportunities for volunteering across a range of Yarner activities.

September: Friday 10th to set up apple juicing equipment & Sunday 12th.

Harvest Time - Apple Juicing

If you have an orchard and would like to come along and use Yarner's equipment in return for some of your juice, then please give us a call and book yourself in. We bottle and sell juice to raise funds for our charitable activities and if you have orchards but no time to make juice, could we come along and gather your apples rather than seeing them go to waste? Or learn how to make cider with your juice on October's Apples & Cider course.
