Introduction

Welcome Barton provides the perfect location to host your corporate or special family event. Recently featured on BBC2's Restoration Village programme, Welcombe Barton is a unique historical cluster of farmhouse buildings mentioned in the Domesday Book.

The Barton is a grade II listed medieval farmhouse, with a large barn and Bakehouse clustered around a cobbled courtyard.

Welcombe Barton: suitable for workshops and small conferences, team building and small events for up to 20 people.

Sabin Barn: a larger space suitable for a variety of uses including conferencing, workshops, lunches. Up to 35 people.

The Bakehouse: A small building suitable for groups of up to 20.

Outside Space: a four acre field with a Celtic Roundhouse, cob oven and composting toilets, available for camping in tents or yurts.

Catering

Delicious home cooked meals using organic, seasonal and local ingredients, and buffet lunches for groups of up to 50 people.

Cream teas and home made cakes with Fair Trade coffee and tea at £2.50 .

Catering for the day at £15 per person includes coffee and croissants, a 2 course organic and locally sourced home cooked lunch, followed by cream tea in the afternoon.

Welcombe Barton: £100 per day
Sabin Barn: £100 per day
Bakehouse: £50 per day
All three buildings: £195 per day.
Yurt Hire: £175 per week
