Nothing can beat the smell of freshly baked bread. This course will teach you how to get to grips with bread making, starting with a very basic recipe and then adapting it for many different sweet and savoury items, from granary bread to chelsea buns and lardy cake. You’ll never want to buy another loaf!

Rosie has baked all her family's bread for over thirty years. She lives on a smallholding, bakes using organic ingredients in the oven of a gas-fired Aga, and writes occasionally about breadmaking for Country Smallholding magazine.
